How to I unsubscribe?

In Order to subscribe to In Charge, you first need to remember how you initially subscribed to the app.

If you used the link in our bio/affiliate link/website to create an account:

You will need to log back into your account on this website and click ‘unsubscribe’.

If you signed up to In Charge via the App Store:

You will need to go into your settings in your phone, go to subscriptions and click ‘unsubscribe’

How does the 3-day trial work?

When you sign up via the App Store (website log in’s do not include the 3-day trial) you have 3 free days to trial the app. The payment in your bank account will say ‘pending’ for the subscription but will not be released until the 3 days is up. You must cancel your subscription within the last 24 hours of the free trial in order to not be charged.

I need to get a refund, how do I go about this?

We are sorry to hear that you feel like you need a refund from In Charge. If you signed up via the App Store unfortunately we have no control over the refund process and you will need to contact Apple directly. If you have signed up to In Charge through the website/an affiliate, then please contact us at contact@inchargeapp.com to request a refund.

Affiliate Program FAQ’s

What is an affiliate program?

An affiliate program is like a partnership between a company and other people or businesses. Through your own unique link, anyone who signs up to the app, you will receive a commission. This is our way of saying thank you!

How do I sign up?

In order to become an affiliate, you must sign up in the 'affiliate area' on www.inchargeapp.com

How long after I sign up to the affiliate program is my account active?

Once you have registered for the affiliate program, please wait 24 hours for your account to be approved and active.

After you have been approved, you will receive an email confirming your approval.

How long after I sign up to the affiliate program do I make money?

Once you make $50AUD through sign up’s via your link, you will receive the transfer.

You will be transferred every time you make at least $50+AUD.

How do i get paid from the affiliate program?

Payment will be made at the end of every month via bank transfer if you have reached the $50 aud minimum. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive the funds. If you haven't met the minimum it will roll over to the next month until the $50 aud minimum is met. We do this to save money for both the affiliate and In charge App by lowering transaction fees.

How do I make commissions?

By sharing your unique link with those around you. When people sign up to the app using your link, you will receive 50% of the first purchase they make and 10% of every recurring purchase they made to In Charge after that.
